Join us April 10-12 for Viva Big Bend Food Festival! The event features great restaurants, food trailers, live music and culinary demonstrations in Alpine, Fort Davis, Marfa and Marathon. Not only will our very own 12 Gage Restaurant chef, Brandon Waddell, be cooking up a storm and preparing a special dinner on Saturday, April 12th, but we will also be welcoming Chef Monica Pope, a Top Chef Masters competitor and past Food & Wine Magazine’s Best New Chef.
Monica will give a cooking demonstration Friday afternoon from 2-3pm at the Gage Hotel and she will top the day off with a delicious dinner that evening at 7pm. The good food and fun doesn’t stop there! Saturday Join us for our event Wine, Whiskey and Waddell — our executive chef, Brandon Waddell, will prepare a special menu that will be paired with Western Spirits Whiskey and Fall Creek Vineyards Wine.
